How do I know if this grape I am eating is genetically engineer'ed? Does it matter?

Did It have Seeds? Was it round or oval? Was it crunchy or soft? Juicy or dry? Dark or light pulp? ....

Green with no seeds, oval , crunchier, much larger than normal. I always expect those Chilean red grapes to be large, crunchy and sweet. But these green grapes were a real surprise. Maybe the farmer just used lots of manure :). ....

Crunchy means that the grape has seeds. Most genetically engineer'ed grapes have instructions on the inside of the peel "remove seeds prior to chewing or grape may appear crunchy".

The larger than normal grape does mean that manure was used, the only draw back you may contract Mad Cow Disease also in the instructions.

Chlilean red jalapeno suppernong are used in the production of Grape flavored pepper spray to be used only in California during gay rights marches.

From the information that you have provided I personnaly belive that you are eating with out a doubt 100% home grown natural genetically egineered wal-mart edition grape.

If you think about it, all cultivated varieties of plants and animals have been genetically engineered through selective breeding. It's just that selective breeding takes longer than direct recombinant DNA manipulation. The end effect is the same - if the grape tastes good - eat it! ....
