It was 50 degrees and raining here in NY today, my wife and I were deciding which trees we are going to transplant in April. I don't know if I have ever seen such mild weather in January. I am just hoping the next three months fly by as quickly as possible so we can get back to some fun work, breathing the fresh air, digging in the dirt and moving some stone walls!

Wish I could say the same about our weather! Right now, there is a layer of ice over everything here in central Kansas with more predicted tonight. By tomorrow night, toss is several inches of snow on top of it all. YUCK! I don't mind the snow, but I could sure do without the freezing rain. I guess it is January, though! Spring will be here soon. ....
