I have a Jinma 254 tractor and I need help with the lift drifting down.
I have replaced lift valve on side of tractor and hasn't done any good.
Has anyone here had any problem with their lift and could share with me how you got it fixed.
Thanks, Terry

When it's fixed, note the thumbscrew stops on the lift linkage (to the right of the seat). You must physically set them to regulate lever travel, which in turn limits cylinder travel They're there help prevent the kind of problem you're having right now.

It's unfortunate that you wasted your money on that control valve. The old one is probably perfectly fine. The lift cylinder is inside the hydraulic sump (reservoir) underneath the operator seat. There are 3-4 different sumps used on the Jinma 200 Series, so I can't tell you how exactly how to do yours. One way is to get at it from the rear, which involves removing both the rear plate and the front flow control valve. Others you remove the seat and go through the top. The repair kit is little more than a collection of O-rings, wipers, and seals (picture below). But - depending upon whether you go in through the top or the sides - you might want to consider ordering gaskets too (link below).
There's also a short video on U-Tube about repairing the Jinma lift cylinder that might help. ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UW22rjKPuHQ )
