Need help. The parking brake lever on my 2006 is locked in the on position and won't release. How can I get the lever to release? Thank you in advance.

Not sure our gator is same model but have you tried pulling it (the lever) up while depressing the release button? If that does not work makes me think something is come lose or broken. Can think of no problem with using a lubericant to spray now the lever around the release button. ....
