I am on 3 acres with woodland and uneven terrain, I need to cut grass and do grading plus! May I ask for your guidance as to which tractor to buy (probably secondhand) I have looked at the Lowes and HD store and I definitely need something a bit more rugged.
I am in Dallas on a lakeside property. Appreciate your comments.

John Deere 2210 or 4110. Kubota 2200 or 2400. Any of these or similar line models should do all you ask and still have room for more if need be. ....

Take a good look at the kubota bx series. There are plenty of used ones out there bx2200, bx2230, bx1500 etc. they cut great and can go places no 2 wd machine can. Plus the diesel engines are very reliable. ....

BX -23 is all you'll need unless your a full fledged farmer. I had my doubts about this little machine. Then I moved 85 tons of stone, many 3ft logs from freshly cut trees, it's a great little work horse. I have been digging holes for plantings and yanking 30yr old bushes out. I bought it mid July and have about 100hours on it so far. I use the 60" mid mount mower, cuts great.

I got my BX 23 about a month ago.
Put the firsts 50 hours on it in a little over 2 weeks
Done a bunch of work with it in that 2 weeks. Some of the things I did probably would never have gotten done if I hadn't gotten it. ....

==================
What method are you using for this?
I have a bunch of 2'' to 4" trees growing densely in about a 5000 square foot area.
I'm just trying to learn how to operate the hoe.
I dug around 3 sides of the trunks then was able to push them over with the hoe or FEL.
Don't know if this is the right way to go about it or not so am certainly open to tips or advice.
This was my first success at this.
After the first tree I learned this. Keep the boom away from the trunk and the limbs of the tree. I was working with the tractor too close to the tree and caught the hose clamp that holds the bracket for the SMV sign and snapped it off.
I was lucky it could have been one of the hydraulic hoses.
After the second tree I had learned this-start digging out further from the trunk of the tree where the roots are smaller they break easier there than they do up next to the trunk where they are bigger.

I've pulling a lot of 2-4" trees out myself. The best strategy I've found so far is to wrap a chain around the trunk a foot or so above the ground and pull slowly from the draw-bar. Sometimes one will be stubborn but pulling in another direction will tame it. Just watch how long the chain is vs. how high the tree is so it doesn't come down on you!
Enjoy - it's a blast!
