Price Check L4200 Cab and Loader

I'm looking at a 4WD Kubota L4200 with cab(heat & A/C), 680 loader, Glide Shift Transmission (Hydraulic Clutchless Shift), creaper gear, dual remotes, radio, front/rear lights, front/rear wipers and R4 tires. It's got about 300 hours on it. I would also get a Woods 72" box blade. The whole thing for $22,500. Is that a good price?This is the second posting, I would appreciate any information anyone can provide. I'd like to make a decision in a day.
