Anybody know what a "commercial homeowner" is ?? I've only ever seen amateur homeowners. Maybe they mean that guy on the "Flip this house!" TV show, would he be a "commercial homeowner"?
I got, amongst my usual selection of junk mail yesterday was the "Kubota Spring Fever" sale flyer. I was eyeing up the new M-series tractors and the new extended warranty caught my eye, 5 years or 5,000 hours!!!.
As usual I checked the fine print, it turns out this warranty is only applicable to "farmers and non-commercial homeowners", thus my question, what in tarnation constitutes a "commercial homeowner"???????
Are there some lucky sods out there are who are getting PAID to be homeowners ?????
Art, did the factory give you a definition ?
Best of luck.

That is a little touchy Murf!!! We as a dealer like to give everyone the most for their money and to put a contractors equipment thru his home address is a great way to extend the warranties! Kubota does offer some awesome TLB units for the M-series and I could see a few complications! I guess they found out! ....
