Drain the Asian 30w that came with the tractor, then flush the reservior with kerosene or diesel fuel. The flushing process involves filling the hydraulics to the normal level with kerosene/diesel, then starting the tractor. Operate the hydraulics intermittently for 2-3 minutes. Shut off tractor. Drain. Repeat as necessary, finally refilling with hydraulic fluid appropriate to your climate. It gets cold enough here (Western Kentucky) in the winter so that I choose to run AW32 (10 weight) year round. If you have warm winters - or don't USE the tractor in the winter - 20 weight 303 fluid should probably work.
