Replace fan belts on Belarus 400AN

Can someone please let me know what the process is for putting a new set of fan belts on? I moved the alternator as I would for a general adjustment, but still not able to get belt on. I confirmed with several Belarus related parts companies to confirm I ordered the correct set of belts, which I did. Service manual only explains how to adjust the belts, not how to replace them.
