Can anyone share any information on the Titan Multi-trac tires that are coming thru on the newer Kubotas? Mine are on the 2910 I just purchased. I got them on mine..hope I made a wise decision. I have some softer ground here, but also need winter traction..they are gentle on the lawn, but agressive enough to compare to a good off road truck tire, in my opinion..was wondering if anyone has had any experience with them, or can share an information as to their usefulness. Thanks. Happy New Year, 2004..

I just purchased a B7800 for christmas and been using it to move snow and move brush. They have worked out fine so far. They broke traction a few times tighting brush piles but I knew there was going to be a trade off for less damage to the yard. This is the first 4 wheel drive tractor I owned and it seems almost equal to my ford 2N with long bar treads. ....

Thanks for the post on the Titan Multi Trac tires. I appreciate knowing how they perform. I do know that they are being offered on the John Deere 4210's I have looked at. I liked them, and when I discovered I could get them on my Kubota 2910, I was pleased; mainly because they are aggressive, with a tread that is over an inch deep, and spaced so that it is in fact gentle to lawn surfaces, but with enough gripping power, in my opinion, to tackle other terrain as well. I think these tires are going to be very popular..when there are more out there to be noticed. I have some soft ground here, and they are just the thing to have, because the regular turfs are too "wimpy" for snow, that is for sure. The industrials were far too severe for me on the lawns, also..So we will see..Thanks for answering. Good luck with that 7800, it's basically the same tractor as mine, with a few less bells and whistles. My wife has some arthritis and show mows some for me, the telescoping and tilt wheel, and the adjustable more comfortable seat helps her, as she is fairly short in stature. Otherwise? It's pretty much the same tractor in my opinion. Thanks again. Best of luck with it. ....

What are you using for snow removal? I read you have a FEL on your tractor. Let me know how tires work using FEL, I am consitering adding one later but wonder how they would work in soft soil like you have. Happy new year! Think snow Don ....

I got a front blade..because I have a long, slightly uphill blacktop lane, several hundred feet to the highway, so a back blade and bucket would not do me very well..looking back, or driving over snow to plow it..and going side to side with a bucket..that's too much..The blade will work fine, I am sure. I had the tires loaded with antifreeze.
I will us the FEL for other things, including manure at the barn for the horses. Also am bringing in some shale in the spring to do some grading and so on. I got chains on the rears also for this winter. Thanks. ....
