Will the CK20 be large enough to do lot prep for builing a new house, maintain 8 acres of lawn moderately hilly, driveway maintenance, and light FEL use?

Not sure with 8 acres of lawn, thats a lot of mowin. What do you mean by lot preperation ? Digging footer ? Basement ? And what is the ground like there ? The little CUT's are very handy but if you have a lot of digging to do and or the soil is rocky and hard you might want to consider renting an excavator or larger backhoe unit. Especially if this is a one time useage thing.
