Ok, looking at a new jd 4310 tractor here is the deal
new 4310

power beyond
Total $29,100.
less -11,000 trade (1991 JD 755 hydro,turf,4 wheel,60 in belly, 70 loader only 337 hours)
My price after trade is $18,100.00 . I think its a fair deal after going to six different dealers. The units will be shipping late Feb. What do you think?

jimbopa, looks like a pretty fair deal. I wouldn't complain about that price at all. I'd try to get them to throw something else in for free just for the heck of it (for $250-$500). That's a lot of $$ to spend, so try for your 50 hour service(unless you would do it on your own), a rear blade, chainsaw, push mower, trimmer, etc.
That's what I did with my dealer. I had a price that I saw as very resonable, but I also needed a small-mower. Told them if they threw one in, I'd sign the papers today. I got a JD-js61 for nothing (list approx $370).
Just an idea for you. Again, sounds like a fair price on the tractor. ....
