What Implement Should I Use

I need to acquire an implement that will allow me to disturb the soil to a depth of about 18 to 24 inches to prevent surface irrigation water from channeling through gopher tunnels. I'm using a Ford 4000 with about 46 hp and I don't have much area that needs to be worked. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
