looking for a little help, for last month or so have been jumpstarting my tc26da too stubborn to by new battery. Anyway last attempt must have cooked something glo plugs functions but when ignition switched on just dead doesn't try to crank over. Fuses all good Replaced battery, no go thinking maybe I fried starter???

If you suspect the starter, it's not hard to test. Remove the plastic cover that hides the cable connections. Locate and remove the start signal wire from the male spade terminal on the starter solenoid. Using a jumper wire of some sort, connect the spade to battery positive for a split second and see what the starter does. If it attempts to engage and crank the engine, it's probably not your current problem. ....

Do not skip the simple things like, poor battery cable connection. Also your jumper cables could be failing. It will take a lot less amps to power those glow plugs than the starter. ....
