Denis - I tried to sign up for premium membership but my paypal account, for whatever reason, has been cancelled. I tried as the instructions direct, tried to sign up under "don't have a Paypal account" but it wouldn't let me use my email address or credit card number that was previously used under Paypal. This is a real hassle.
