Trade Kubota R1 Tires for R4 Tires

I would like to trade my R1 tires on my 2000 Kubota L3010 for a set of R4 tires for a Kubota L3010. My tires have about 160 hours on them. I haven't had the tractor long, but I am not aware of any plugs or patches in them. I am currently still running the R1 tires with no problems. They are in good shape and have many hours left on them.
