i was looking at buying a 1956 ac wd-45 with tricycle font end FEL and some misc. implements, it is 12 volt, good tires, great sheet metal. one of the FEL cylinders is bent but i am a machinist and can fix it. what is it worth it runs good it a one owner tractor also. needs paint

This board deals with the newer Compact Utility Tractors. A better place to post this question would be over on yesterdaystractors.com . Not trying to run you off, it's just that those guys over there know a lot about the older tractors. ....

I second the motion. As evidenced by the active-again thread on 9N's, this board doesn't think too much about the old iron. Here's the link to the AC page on Yesterday's Tractors, they have other useful forums on tools and the other makes of older tractors, too. The Farmall board has been a great source of information for my A restoration.
