 The Orange and the Green

My apologies to A. Murphy, the Irish Rovers, and anyone else who has a vested interest in the original version of this song!Chorus: Oh, it is the biggest mix-up that you have ever seen. My Bota, she is Orange and me Deere, well it is green. Verse 1: My Bota came across the sea, Japanese was she. My Deere was made by Yanmar, itís American as can be!?! They were both used every day, and worked out well enough, Until the day that I bought them, then things got rather rough. Chorus: Verse 2: Kubota made the B Series, and it is pretty neat,It pushes dirt and mows the grass, and never missí a beat.I blow the snow and dig the holes, and it really does run well,Until the day is over, and I hear the dinner bellChorus: Verse 3: The Deereís another story. How are they built so tough?I bush hog fields all day, and they really are quite rough. With 4wd and Hydro, I really give Ďem Hell,Until the day is over, and I hear the dinner bell.Chorus: Verse 4: My Bota has a mower, so in summer it gets the nod.But the Deere it wears the backhoe, and with R4 tires itís shod. They both have different uses, and I use them all the timeand if Iíve got a moment, I wax and make them shine. Chorus: Verse 5: My neighbours never could agree why I had to have them two,but when they gots things need be done, itís me they first come to.Iíve put in fences, blown their snow and also mowed their grass,But if they want to borrow one, well they can kiss my **** Chorus: Verse 6: Now when I go out to the shed, I find I canít decide.Should I run the Deere today, or pick the other side? Theyíre running well, God rest 'em, but theyíve left me caught between That awful color problem of the Orange and the Green. Double Chorus:
