Do you mean who uses one or who sells it?

Before I bought one I'd convert one with what appears to be an 12v electric linear actuator to tilt the plow and a likely an electric winch to raise/lower the plow.

It also appears to be very similar to an ATV plow. Some companies make an optional "fork lift" or "carry all platform" for the front (seen them at Tractor Supply)---even seen mini FELs for ATV's but they don't reach more than 2ft I have to think. ....

2*If you use a winch to raise/lower the plow you wouldn't have any down pressure would you?
I think the Johnny set up has down pressure.
From a cost stand point it looks like the Johnny plow set up is about the same price as just the Cub Cadet front blade with manual lift.

1. Thanks for the clarification on the title too "Whi uses one" ---I thought that might be a reference to some Chinese TP member here---sort of like the name of the writer on the restroom stall wall: Who Flung Poo or his brother Crap Hit Fan.

2. I doubt having down pressure on a blade that small would be practical. Even on huge dozers they were cable operated with no down pressure. It wasn't until the advent of hydraulics that that happened.

Buuuut I'm jis' sayin'
That said you could repalce the lift mechanism with a linear actuator. And they're relatively cheap ($40-100) on Web surplus sites and e-Bay. ....

I saw one of these on e-Bay. It had a dumping bucket instead of a blade. The auction mentioned that dowm pressure is new so I assume that it likely had a winch to pull it up and (gravity) down. The pix shows it raising about 18" or so. It was a little over $1000, pricey for what it can't do... I mean for a about $3000 you could have a real loader on a bigger machine.

The bucket dumps using a linear actuator on the side of it which would really be in the way if you were near a tree or fence. ....

. . . . .
I don't need to spend 3000 on a loader when I all ready have the FEL on the BX23.
Also keep in mind a bigger tractor cost more than a smaller tractor. ....
