T1700HX not charging

I have a twelve tear old Kubota T1700HX and it's not charging. Do the voltage regulators go on these tractors or what should I look for? The battery is good, the starter is good.

There hasn't been to many problems with these but the voltage regulator is the best place to start on this group. ....
