swing cylinder drifting

I have a kubota model 4590 backhoe attachment.
It works great except for the fact the boom will drift off to the left unless I have power to that part of the stick.
I can push it to the left by hand but not to the right.

My question is do I need to just get the swing cylinder replaced-repacked or might the problem lie in the valves.

Any advice greatly appreciated

IT more then likely is the cylinder. ....
