I am looking for a worm gear for a 40" MTD(WHITE) tiller that is used behind a garden tractor, it is obsolete from MTD. HELP! konecsnis@hotmail.com

mark, don't know if this is of any help. i have a # for parts that i call for my old mtd tractor. mtd customer service 1-800-800-7310, ext.#1 parts,# 2 literature ,#3 questions. fax. # 1-800-656-5442. some other numbers that i had scribbled down on the paper, mtd 1-330-220-4683 ,1-800-444-1556 #235. the last number may be for the wharehouse that the parts are shipped from. the co. is W.J. Connell CO. LOCATED in foxboro mass. not much else i can tell you.. good luck...tgello p.s.you will need the part #'s .if you don't have them you may have to purchase some literature. ....
