Shibaura tillers

Hey guys, I have found a deal on a Shibaura 5ft tiller. it appears to be in great shape, but my only concern is finding spare or replacement parts. Does anybody know where i can locate spare parts for this tiller? Also, does Shibaura sell tillers under other brand names?? Do you guys know if these are good tillers or not?
