would be interested difference between iseki tractors
and yanmar and if my ts1700 is really 17 hp pto or
drawbar hp

Iseki is very similar to Yanmar.

The TS1700 is 17hp at the PTO, probably like 21hp engine. ....

thanks for your input my son has a yanmar 2000b which
i really liked kinda looked i found this iseki with
835 hours onit blade and brush hog for a good price
so far am really impressed with hp and ease of usage ....
