Kelley 2000 backhoe

I have a JD 955 with a loader and I have a chance to purchase a Kelley 2000 3pt hitch backhoe. Will this fit correctly on my JD and does the Kelley Hoe have a sub frame or will I just tear up my machine. I plan to use it for light work,shallow trench, planting trees etc.
