Yep ..love the tractor.
Yep..bought brand new.
Yep..never had any problems.

Yep..Problem now.

It appears that after washing machine down....tractor will not start.

Went thru normal checklist for troubleshooting....found nothing.

I am getting power to my injector relay.
When I remove the injector bleed screw....diesel pumps out
with force with no air.

However; Yep this is it....When I crack the injector coupling at the top of the injector....there is no fuel coming out.....None at all.

When the injector lines leave the injector pump...that coupling is what I am actually cracking and opening...I am actually lifting the injector tube off the top of the injector pump....there is no fuel pumping out.

Any Ideas ?

Herr;
Ok, you are getting power to the injector pump relay. Is that relay a part of the pump or a seperate relay with a wire going to the injector pump?
Do you have a circut tester to find out of the power is gering to the injector pump?
My guess is a half day in the sun to dry it out and she'll start.

Sir

Thank you for the comeback.

Yep...it has been about 6 days of Georgia heat since I washed the tractor.

Regretably...I do not have an wiring schematic for the tractor...its' funny ...AGCO website does not even list my tractor.

I have did the complete wiring harness troubleshooting...I have sprayed all of the wiring connections and fuse blocks with electronic cleaner and high pressure blowed all connections free and clean of dirt and water.

I have only found ( 1 ) relay on the injector pump...It has three wires going to it......with the key on ...I have two wires hot / energized.

It sounds like the relay is clicking.

When I remove the 12 millimeter bleed screw....a steady stream of diesel pumps out of the bleed screw oriface.

Ok...I have fuel and the pump appears to be pumping out the bleed screw.

However; when I loosen the injector lines at the top of the injector pump....with the key on....and relay clicking...there is NO fuel pumping out of the pump.

Did I done screw this rascal up ?

I must have washed this machine over a dozen times to date and never had this issue before.

Whoops...the relay is a part of the injector pump....it is NOT seperate.

Electrical things aren't my claim to fame but clicking or not something isn't telling your injector pump to send fuel to the injectors. There is a valve in your injector pump that the relay controls to close to stop the engine and open to let it start. Somehow that valve isn't getting the signal to open is my best guess. I'm not going to offer any advice as to how to go about any repairs, I'd likely just make things worse.

Sir

Thank you.

Actually...what you are saying is making common sense.

Just because I can't see a different relay...that dose not mean there is not another relay that opens up to let the fuel shoot out the injector tubes.

Good thinking.

I think right now....I am going to pay someone that is younger and more experienced than me to have a look at it.

I honestly can't seem to find another wire going into the injector pump body....it may be tucked in back of the blamed thing.

Thank you again.
