Advice on kubota 3710 purchase

I would like to purchase 3710 with loader, ind.tires,not sure on what transmisson? I brush hog 10 arces, snow plow,rototill and do backhoe work. I own a 2650 now that I will sell or trade. Need a little more power for larger mower. Would appreciate any comments.

hydro's are the greatest in the industry! glideshift is second best and a little cheaper ....
