Repair information on front wheel drive

I just purchsed a Allis Chalmers 5020 4 wheel drive tractor used. I have only used it twice when the left front tire locked up. I haven't tore into it yet and was wandering if anybody with experience can tell me if the problem is out at the wheel end or if I am going to have to tear into the center gear box for the front wheel drive. Oh, by the way the right side front tire turns free. I would apprecitate any help or information.

I believe they had trouble with the hubs on those not the center differential. ....
