R4 s on older tractor

I have a JD755 4WD and was wondering if R4's could be installed on it. The manual shows only R1's and Turf's tires. I didn't know if R4's were popular when the tractor was made. Also looking at tillers, any helpful advice on size or brand of tiller for 15 PTO hp tractors? Any help sure would be appreciated.

I have a 755 4WD. I use a JD 550 50" tiller which works great - no shortage of PTO power. ....
