My recommendation would be DON'T!!!! They were imported in the late seventies or early eighties by a fellow from Oregon and have since not been available even for parts to the best of my knowledge. I have had a piston and rings as well as a head gasket have to be custom made for a fellow and it wasn't cheap by any stretch of imagination! ....

Did you google Suzue Tractor? First two hits claim to have parts, might be worth an email or call.
Both are in Oregon, maybe one is not the bad one from above post?

Well I called http://www.smallimporttractor.com/ and they said that they have most and can still get engine parts from Japan for the KE70.. ....

That's good that someone has picked on them for the parts. At the time probably 10 years ago I talked to the wife of the original importer and was unable to get any help. ....
