You can take a small part to an auto body supply shop. They can use a spectrophotometer to get a reading from your part and mix the exact color. They should have a hand held meter if you have to take a large part like an implement. ....

All I have is the 1 gallon part number for the blue paint, it is 86109142DS. I do not know if this will help or not ....

rustoleum has a blue spray can in its profesional line that is so close to NH blue its scary! Look at my pick 3 ....
