I HAVE A TN55S that the 3pt just quit workin on it wont go down anything that I can do myself?

If it is like the smaller New Holland tractors, there is an adjustment knob under the seat that controls the speed that the hitch lowers, or if you turn it all the way toward "Slow", the hitch won't lower at all.
