I need a SMALLER tractor

Having just moved to a smaller plot of ground I find I need a smaller tractor. I need to sell my 1715 w/ loader and ag tires then pick-up a 15-20hp tractor w/ loader and turf tires.My problem / questions is what are the current values of these things?See my links below
