I don't know if these are fair prices, but here are some prices I found for used MF 360's

Massey Ferguson 360, 1987, 50hp, wet brakes, 1258 hours
$11,900
VERY LOW HOURS, LIKE NEW, CALL AND ASK ABOUT FINANCING TERMS $17,800
You may also want to go look at E-bay.
