I am looking at a 1998 MF 1250 with 89 hours on it. It has AG tires and the power shuttle transmission. No implements but has weights front and back. The asking price is 10,900. Is this a good buy?

seems like a fair price I had a friend recently buy a 99 1250 with front loader 185 hours 4 wheel drive for 12,500 ....
