Long 610 Oil Leak

Happy HolidaysI developed a oil leak around my front drive shaft comming out of the front drive axle reduction gearbox. ( below the transmission ). My question is can the seal ( if thats what the problem is) be changed from the out side of do i have to drop the box and replace from the inside?Thanks To AllChris
