I had to put a new steering unit on my tractor but when I was going back together I couldn't remember how the spring went on the bottom of the hand throttle lever . I have the throttle dropped through the plate then the spring then the cup washer then double nutted .
Thought maybe some one may know until I get a parts manual with a picture.
