Kubota M5400 good or bad

Bare with me, I am new with Kubota. Looking at a M5400 to replace an Oliver 1600. Please share any Pros or Cons about the M5400 has a Woods 1020 Loader mounted. Meter says 2000 hrs. Is the price right at $11,500? Use would include mowing fields with a 6' rotary, limited snow removal. Would it pull a four bottom plow?

The M-5400 is only 54 horsepower on the engine. The 1600 is larger. The six foot mower is no trouble for it to run. The four bottom plow is all it would want. ....
