Price Check on Kubota B8200

Soemone has offered me a B8200, 8 years old, 4WD gear xmission with R1 tires and a 60" belly mower for $7000. It has about 800 hours on the engine. What is a good counter-offer? I need something to mow a few acres and to plow snow. Any idea of cost of a blade for this as well?
