B21 Mower or just Excavator

I am looking at a B21 used that is in great shape. However my primary use is finish mowing. Does anyone have experience Finish mowing with the B21 is there a reason I should steer clear?

The b21 is usually used as a loader backhoe. if finish mowing is your primary concern I would go with something that has a removable loader.However I'm looking for a nice b21 or b20 so if you dont need it please e-mail me the particulars.ceresma@webspan.netMark ....
