Kubota 225 3pt Hitch

I recently purchased a Kubota 225 that is running fine, but the 3pt hitch looses its ability to lift the mower after the tractor warms up. I haven't had a chance to pull the cylinder yet, but does anyone have any thoughts on what the likely causes are?Thanks

First I would check to see if you have the proper fluid and filter. Than I would check the pump first than if neccessary tear the tractor apart. ....
