Kubota B7300 or B8200

All,Need guidance. I'm looking to buy my first tractor. I'll use it for for mowing (80% usage), tilling and pushing snow. I'll mow about 6.5 acres of farm yard with some small about 10% grades.Right now I'm stuck. I'm looking at a 1987 B8200 with 195 hours or a "new" B7300. Both are $8000, but the 7300 has a 3 year warranty. I plan to get a undermount 54 or 60" mower deck at ($1800 and $1900). The 7300 appears to be a little "lighter". 3hp less. I've heard complaints about about up-hill power.Is it better to buy the new machine just because of the warranty? I'm bot one to believe that something new is better (our new house was built in 1850).Please let me knoe what you think.Bill Stephens
