Mine came as part of my 3ph pallet forks. It's just a double action cylinder with Cat II loops and sleeves for Cat I pins and hoses. The cylinder should be fairly heavy duty and have the right length and travel for a hitch. There are a couple of companies that make them specifically mentioned here, but a dealer should be able to make one up.
Alternatively, the parts could be ordered from a company like Northern Tool. A discussion that contains typical cylinder dimensions should be in the achieves.
At the moment, I only have one spooling valve for rear hydraulics. When the pallet forks are mounted, the rear hydraulics run the forks lift. The top link hoses are long enough to run the spooling valves. I run the link off the loader bucket curl valve. It's not too big an effort to swap hoses. Usually, I've got ballast in the bucket when using the forks, so I don't need the bucket curl anyway.
Eventually, I'll add a section to the spooling valves, or maybe add separate set for the rear hydraulics. One can go wild with this sort of thing and add a hydraulic lower link as well. Don't know how wild I am yet. ....

Bubco, makes a real nice one. www.bubco.com It is complete,hoses,relief valve connectors etc. Tisco has the cylinders but, you have to order the other parts separetaly(?). Tisco has to be ordered through a dealer. JerryG ....
