L3430 won t start

I was out blowing snow and my L3430 stopped now it will not restart message in the panel is HST neutral.
I have moved the gear selector to neutral and tried pretty much all I can think of. The pedal seems to be in the nutral position. To make matters worse I can not seem to fid the owners manual. Any suggestions ?

did you turn off the pto? ....
