Could anyone tell me the volume of the loader bucket with a 54" and 60" buckets?

I haven't messured it, but according to our experience and the loader lift capacity, here's about where you are at.
Lift capacity-960lbs
That would get you about 1/3 of a yard of sand.
Experience-
I get about 6 buckets in our 2-ton dump wagon.
I believe we load about 1/4 yard per bucket.

The 54" bucket is 6.7 cu.ft struck and 8.1cu.ft heaped. and the 60" is 8.1cu.ft struck and 9.9cu ft heaped. ....

Apparently, in this case, the math and the experience seem to match. You don't see that all the time.
The weight of the material is important when determining how much the loader will handle. Weights can vary wildly depending on moisture content, grain size, etc. Relatively dry sand weights in a about 100lbs/cu ft, or 2700 llbs /yard. With the loader lift capactiy, you are right at 1/3 yard, or 9 cubic feet.
How about that. ....
