Need gearbox for FL1270, 5' tiller. Can anyone help.

I'm guessing that it is going to be difficult to find a used gearbox. One dealer told me that is the most common failure on the tillers and the cost of a new gear box is close to the price of the tillers.

You may want to look to see if a supplier will sell you one. That may be a cheaper way to go.
