Art, trying to get an idea what I could ask for the tractor. I bought it at the end of June and it has right at 400 hours. Also I'am gonna add a 5' KK bushog, 6' KK landscape rake, 5' Loflin grapple, 6' Rhino box blade, and a 3pt post hole digger. Tractor has no dents, few scratches. All service has been completed and is documented with receipts.

You are making me work! Alright for the best advice list all seperately!!!! We often take in packages and hardly ever sell it the way it came in. Trying to sell it complete you will find people that only want certain parts. Tractor and loader is a no brainer but list the rest seperate. You have a lot of money out on the equipment you have and you obviously have gotten some good use out of it. The tractor and loader anywhere should be around 16000, or there abouts, the rest of the pieces it depends on the local market. The sales this time of year slack off and you might also find your local market a little soft at this point. If possible to hold closer to spring prices go a little higher. ....
