I have been asked if I want to buy a 1999 b1700 for $12,500. It has a heated cab, loader, rear mounted snow blower, blade and a brush hog. it has 170 hours on it. Is it a good buy or not. I am new to this.

I have a 99 with 500hrs, finishing mower and 4 ft bush hog that I paid $5500 for last year. The cab, loader and low hours will demand a higher price. ....
