wanted BX 1800 or 2200

I have been looking at the BX 18 & 2200 for about 2 years. I currently own a John Deere 425 with about 400 hours on it that I bought used. I use it mostly for mowing but like the 18 & 22 for implement capability. I can buy the 18 for $8950 and the 2200 for $9350 plus tax. Any input would be appreciated.

Jerry, we have taken many of what I call the super garden tractors in trade on those tractors. I haven't listened to any regrets from the new owners only appreciation and respect for there new units. I originally thought they were the perfect unit for up to about 5 acres. Clients have since brought the margin up to about 10 acres of more devloped land without major excavation to do just your normal stone removeal, tree clean-up and mowing. ....
