price for M 6030 DT

I'm interested in buying a local tractor here in Oahu, Hawaii
It's a 1986 M 6030 DT with 800 hrs. It hasn't Been run in a
couple years due to a death in the family. Tires are marginal,
(due to being flat),wear seems to be consistant with hours.
I would need to buy a loader for it, to make it fit my needs
but otherwise it's what i'm looking for. Any ideas what it's worth?
Also, what a set of R-1 tires(16.9 x 28 and 9.5 x 22 ) and an appropriate Loader would cost?
